We use mother of pearl, capiz shell, premium local wood, MDF, and other natural materials, finished with high-quality coatings for lasting beauty and durability.
3. Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each handmade piece may vary slightly in color, grain, or pattern — that’s the charm of handcrafted décor.
4. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes, for selected items. Please contact us with your request and we’ll be happy to assist.
5. How should I care for my wooden and mother-of-pearl décor?
Keep your décor in a dry environment and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or harsh chemicals to preserve both the wood and mother-of-pearl inlay.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.
8. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.
9. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please message us immediately so we can update it before shipping.

10. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
11. How long does international shipping take?
U.S. orders: Items fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
International orders: Standard shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and fulfillment location.
12. Which carriers do you use?
We ship with reliable partners such as DHL, USPS, UPS, YUN EXPRESS and other trusted carriers depending on destination.
13. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For standard shipping to the US, import taxes and duties are already covered, so you won’t need to pay anything extra.
For other shipping methods or destinations, any applicable customs or import fees would be the customer’s responsibility.
14. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

15. What is your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we kindly ask that you use a tracked shipping service for your return.
Once we receive the item and complete a quick quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
