Return & Refund Policy

Damaged Products: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. To assist us in addressing the issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will gladly offer you a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the day you received the goods, for any reason and without a justification. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day period. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Requirements: For all returns, including those covered under the European Union 14-day cooling off period, the following requirements apply:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we kindly ask that you use a tracked shipping service for your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
